Q:  What is Powerfully Positive, Inc.?

 

A:  Powerfully Positive, Inc. (PPI) is a non-profit organization that started with a gesture of “friendship medicine.” That grew into a friendship that nobody ever imagined. The young man that motivated the PPI Team was Phillip Ryan Robertson (9/11/85-3/15/14). PPI benefits the children at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. We help the children by providing needed resources. 100% of proceeds are given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Powerfully Positive, Inc. is a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code. 

 

Q:  Who was Phillip and how is he connected to Powerfully Positive, Inc.?

 

A:  Phillip Ryan Robertson (1985-2014) was diagnosed with leukemia. The day he was diagnosed not only changed Phillip’s life but that of the Directors and Board Members of Powerfully Positive, Inc. Phillip not only influenced our founder, Jack, to start an organization for St. Jude but also inspired the name of the organization. Throughout Philip’s battle with cancer he was always Powerfully Positive, which inspired the name Powerfully Positive, Inc.

 

Q:  What is the mission of Powerfully Positive, Inc.?

 

A:   Our mission is to serve the children of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

 

Q:  What is the purpose of Powerfully Positive, Inc.?

 

A:   Our purpose is to provide needed resources to the children undergoing treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
